Typical Day

8:00 : Campers may arrive

8:30 : Rally, daily explanations and Lions cheers

8:45 : Busses leave for other gyms

9:00 - 10:15 : Skill session

10:15 - 10:30 : Snack

10:30 - 11:45 : Basketball Knowledge session

12:00 - 13:00 : Lunch

13:15 - 14:45 : Team practice

14:45 - 15:00 : Snack

15:00 - 15:45 : Scrimmages and game like drills

15:45 : Busses leave for St. Lawrence

16:00 : Awards presentation

Campers may stay on until 17:00.
